Comfy, reasonably spacious room with a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. A view of mountain from my window. Amazing setting, very close to a restaurant, ski rental and ski lifts and tourist paths. Good choice of food options at a medium distance from the venue.

The staff here were super friendly and always ready to lend a hand. My room had everything I needed - a cozy bed, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and even a spot to enjoy my meals. Oh, and let's not forget about the private bathroom! 🛁

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and cozy, with a kitchenette and dining table. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel even provided a dinner kit for me to enjoy in my room. The ski storage was conveniently located right at the end of the slopes. The location of this hotel was incredible, nestled right at the end of the slopes. It was so convenient to be able to ski right back to the hotel after a long day on the slopes. the ski storage area was also very close to where you take off your skis, making it really easy to store them at the end of the day. Another thing I liked was the friendly and accommodating staff.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the bed in our room was quite hard.

Stunning landscapes and diverse activities for a memorable mountain vacation. The food was fantastic and the treatments were unforgettable. I had a great time reading mountain books while enduring a funny smell in my room.
Oh, who needs breakfast anyway? And the joy of cleaning my own plates and bins added a touch of adventure to my stay.

I must say, the decoration of the hotel was simply charming! The use of wooden furniture and the warm, cozy atmosphere created a truly delightful ambiance. The hotel's general areas were tastefully decorated, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment for guests. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff made sure that there were no stairs or obstacles that would hinder my movements, making it convenient and safe for me to navigate around the hotel. It made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
If I were to suggest one thing for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be the need for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. While they were friendly overall, I found that there were a few instances where they could have been more responsive to our needs.

I had a great stay at Walsertal Residence in Stafal. the location was fantastic, being very close to the ski lifts and even allowing us to ski back from the Alagna side. the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our studio room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed having the bar next door for evening drinks. the underground garage provided convenient and secure parking for our car. I would definitely recommend this relaxed and comfortable place for anyone visiting the area for skiing or other activities. Cons: Nothing not to like 😊.
